Vietstar is a manufacturing conglomerate that was established in 1994.  We are one of the leading manufacturers of fittings, couplings, expansion joints, and metal/rubber/plastic products in Vietnam.  Our expertise in these fields has been internationally accepted, as our client base spans throughout Asia and Europe.  We are ISO 9001 and TS 16949 certified and may provide IMDS reports.  Also, we have state of the art laboratory to test for RoHS compliance and to verify REACH requirements. 

We employ over 350 workers at our factory spanning over 20,000 sq ft.  Depending on demand, we are often implementing three working shifts at our facility.

We specialize in construction tubes and accessories, fittings, couplings, valves, ball valves, forged and precision casting items, OEM parts and customized parts.  Regarding couplings, we provide a wide range of fittings (such as camlocks, BSP fittings, flanges, etc.) in a variety of materials (such as Aluminum and Stainless Steel) and in different configurations to address the requirements of our client’s unique applications.  Our products range from Couplings (Cam & Groove), to TW, Guillemin, DSP Couplings, Bauer, Perrot, Storz, Clamps, Fittings (Brass & Stainless Steel), Universal (US, Europe, and Australia) and many other related hardware.

Our facility equipment include a spectromer (1), wax injection machines (5), dewaxing machine (1), melting furnaces (2), sintering furnaces (2),  sandblasting machines (2), ring belt machines (2), plane blasting machine (1), welding machines (5),  grinders (5),  shell vibration machine (1), CNCs (28), cutting machines (2),  drills (5), 3-D and 2-D projectors and a roughness testing machine (1).
